The poop is that Rick Garrey's show (Wethersfield LIVE) on Cox-14 should be interesting tonite and next Friday nite too. (World series tomorrow: go St. Louis!).

Supposedly Rick will be having two of the three R's ('RRR', pronounced like a bulldog growling) in town: Rocco (Orsini) and Rhue (George) (but no mention of Rodd) tonite to discuss the Taxpayers Assoc's spin on the three referendums which will be on the ballot on 11/2. According to their testimonies before council this past Monday, the WTA is taking a position against all three of the questions - why? I guess you will just have to tune in to find out.

Next Friday, the proponents of the three questions will be on his show to present their spin. I notice too that the town has posted its take about the three referendum questions, in the form of "explanatory" texts: at:http://wethersfieldct.com/tmo/referendum_expl.html

I've been away from the fray that is this forum for a while as the same old same old kept appearing... Now it looks like it's the same old with diferrent names (I'm reasonably sure, same people signing on with different names). I have just one thing to say to the three "R"'s of the Weth Taxpayer's Ass.: GIVE IT UP...You LOST again!!! Enough of the negativity for #$%^&* sake! People on this site just love to complain. There's little constructive criticism followed by real ideas for change.

Well aintnofool; please practice what you preach. Yes there are a few individuals that like to buck the system by having multiple names and you are one of them. Actually if I counted correct, you have two other names: Progressivetownie and TheFreshman.

I try to control the amount of multiple users with the same e-mail address but it is difficult at best. But on the bright side, you brought attention to yourself.

Maybe you should start reading some of the threads because there is a lot of positives being thrown around with a splash of informational info too.
