Is the proposed charter revision on line anywhere? The only one I could find on the town site is from June 9 and that was before the last hearing.

It is not the most recent set of changes... there were additional recommendations in response to some of the comments at the public hearing. One, in particular, resulted in the following addition to Sec 312 INITIATIVE BY ELECTORS:
Prior to circulation, any elector may submit to the Town Attorney any proposed Ordinance and petition form for review as to form and legality.
These latest changes should be available through various offices at town hall (clerk and manager?) and at the council's public hearing.
