Yes, T.O.W. or TOW means Town of Wethersfield Those of you who know me, know that I value legislation which can help the public learn more about the inner workings of our layers of government, specifically the FOIA, the freedom of information acts, at both the state and federal levels and its impact on local government and our Town's agencies, boards, commissions, etc.
An involved and very informed citizen of Wethersfield forwarded this link to me and I pass it on to all of you. Among other things it touched on FOI matters and also clarified the relationship of the Wethersfield Historical Society and the Town of Wethersfield, the lease for the Deming Standish House (down to its last weeks of occupancy by the "Village Restaurant").
I have to call this FOIC decision a "page turner!" (Yes, I even like a little dry, white wine occasionally too.)
