Anyone attend the 3/27 Silas Deane Highway Presentation in Rocky Hill? The report is available at ci.rocky-hill.ct.us in the "What's New" section. However, I'd be interested in whether there were also any public comments. I also heard on Channel 61 coverage of the event that Federal money was available for this project. Was this for the plan, its implementation, or, did they (Ch. 61) have it wrong?
