Today's Courant includes an article about the House of Representatives voting 76-67 to give "instate" tuition rates to illegal immigrants. I was somewhat surprised to see that our own Russ Morin voted in favor of that bill. Those of us who have to scrimp and save our money to be able to send our kids to UConn or Central are greatly relieved that he's looking out for our best interests.
