Needs and Want wish list
1) Improving the school structures (Roofing, heating…) $1mill 2) Fix up the Town Hall $800K 3) Keep a pulse on the Cove $ could be $0 4) Fields – WHS Lights $1.2 Mill 5) Mill Woods renovation $ 3.5 Mill 6) Moeller Home $ 400K
Silas Deane Hwy can’t be on the list because the town is not in a position to force the owners to improve their buildings. They can make suggestions but that’s about it.
NO MORE STUDIES: They cost to much and it's only another way to stall projects.
It looks to me to be about $7mill. With a bond issue for 10 years term, that would come out to about $56.00/year for the average taxpayer above what they paying now.

Milkman, If those figures are accurate, sign me up - I am a tax payer in this town and would be more than happy with that to see the work get done and see the much needed improvements.

Your in!!!!!! The message is pretty simple, if we know what we need, price it and then bond it.

Let's add 2 or 3MM for roads - we are about 10 years behind on that. Quality of life isn't just schools and buildings.

Maybe throw in some uniforms for the poor freshman baseball team, that looks like they are from a third world nation.
