Most people I talk to say their voting for Ralph. They are all tired of Billy’s same old tired stories and his arrogance. How many times do we want to hear his corny ethnic comments? His inside Democratic friends are shaking in their boots that they will lose future plum jobs for their friends and kids in the MVD and won't be able to get more low number license plates. I for one hope Billy gets his hat handed to him because he has done nothing for Wethersfield and that’s a fact! I believe Ralph will win and the big surprise is it won't even be close.  |

So, if Ralph's doing so well in this campaign, why has he only raised a few dollars and hasn't been heard of since God knows when?? This race is over babe! I haven't seen one ad, lawn sign or even letter to the Editor. Why is this so if "everyone is voting for Ralph"... The true fact is that Billy's done prenty for Wethersfield. He doesn't spend a lot of time on P.R. for himself so people don't always hear what he's done. We're very lucky to have him folks. Sorry he doesn't please you Rush-nut fans!

Don't let the facts interfere with what you think - check out the finance reports on file with the secretary of state. While they may not show all of the union and PAC money that is coming to Billy, it does show that he and Ralph are pretty even in the amount on hand. And that is with several thousand dollars of Tomasso money to Billy! Hmm. Chairman of the transportation committee getting huge donations from the road builders... Yep, nothing will change as long as he stays in place.

I just want to know, how you can be a Democrat all your life, and when a chance comes up, you run as a R.
At least his opponent is real!

Yes, Billy is real. Real Bu## s#it. He's done everything for his connected friends like Tomasso and his family members but has done nothing for us regular people. Billy's days are numbered and I can't wait to see him gets his butt kicked. I'm tired of his same old corney ethnic comments and stories. Now In his mid 70's, Its time for Billy to get the rocking chair.

Say what you may, Billy is and was loyal to his supporters, friends, family and beliefs and worked diligently in any position he held.
It is time though, that he relax and enjoy private life, in whatever role he chooses.
Ralph will make a fine representative, as he encorporates the best attributes of a candidate.
New blood, ideas and perspectives are welcome. If it wasn't Ralph it would be Billy.

Both sides are hitting pretty hard.
It would be nice to see a debate, like the 29th had between Szeps and Guerrera.
Just think of all the money put into the economy from these elections, from President down to State office.
