Central Connecticut Health District
FLU CLINIC INFORMATION
2005
The Central CT Health District has scheduled the next flu clinic for this year for Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at the Rocky Hill Community Center 55 Church Street, Rocky Hill from 1 pm to 4 pm.
This clinic is for residents of Berlin, Rocky Hill and Wethersfield AGE 65 AND OLDER as only a portion of our expected vaccine has been delivered thus far.
Future clinic dates and restrictions (if necessary) will be posted here as soon as information is available.
You may also check the American Lung Association Hot Line at 1-888-NO-TO-FLU or their web site (www.alact.org) for flu clinics being held in the area.
