Xmas/Yule Tree Pickups!

Your one and only chance!

Town starts a weeklong Christmas/Yule tree pickup on Mon. Jan.10, from 7:00AM SHARP!. (Until Sat.Jan.15)

Everyone in town should place their BARE tree curb side BEFORE Jan.10. The Town's chipper will be along at random times during the week!

IF you miss this pickup, you'll have to take it YOURSELF to the Town's "transfer station," 100 Marsh Street (Town Garage Mon-Fri: 9A-3P or Sat: 8A-4P) where it will be received FREE during January only. After that you pay.

NO ornaments, no tree 'bags', and no artificial trees!

p/s: In the long-run, wouldn't make (financial) sense to buy an artificial tree, instead of plunking down $25-$40 each year and having a fire-hazard in your house?
