User of this site frequently quote material from other online sources, e.g. from the Hartford Courant. Typically, such original content has copyright protection, with restrictions on how it may be republished. In most cases, I think, you will find that copying an entire article verbatim is prohibited, whether or not you cite the source. Why, then, do members of this forum engage in this behavior?
