Congratulations to this years champions!!! On an absolutely beautiful Saturday afternoon, 22 groups took to the links at Keney Golf Course, but only one foursome came out victorious. Congratulations go to Mike Barone, Eric Christiansen, John Cathcart, and Dan Cathcart, who took home the trophies with an impressive team score of 12 under par. As expected, the field was very competitive, and there were several groups in contention, but the closest anyone got to the champs was 9 under (there were several at 9). As usual, the food was outstanding, the beer was cold, and a good time was had by all. Congratulations, also, to all of our raffle prize winners (Nick, I expect to see you at every Mikey's place event from now on!). I am very happy to announce that after all was said and done we netted $4000.00 for the "Mikey's Place" maintenance and restoration fund and for "Families of S.M.A" (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). On behalf of myself, Mary, Dan, Danielle and especially Mikey, I would just like to say thank you all very, very much and we hope to see you all again next year for the fourth annual "Mikey's Place Golf Classic"! ;D ;D ;D
