There will be a SPECIAL Council meeting held on Monday Aug 22 in the Police Building. One of the items is the voting on an ordinance to prevent Eminent Domain (like what happened in New London) from taking private homes for commercial businesses. I WANT TO KNOW WHY this important meeting is being held with almost no public awareness and in a location where there are no TV cameras. I smell a rat (maybe even 9 rats). Please advise.
