Technology Committee for Town Government

Has anybody noticed the (Information Technology Committee that's been meeting for about the last year. It consists of 6 or 7 townspeople volunteers who seem to be I.T. professionals. They made a special report to the Council last week and look to be going to appear on 6/20 again. From what I've observed, the town government seems to be either blocking their recommendations or giving them the run-a-round. Anybody care to comment or add some info?
