I assume that we the public are finally going to see the exact, "agreed upon" wording of the "lights" question for this referendum. I know that there has been a lot of leaking and speculation following the meeting of the Town/Councilors in Court with the WTPA.
Then everyone will be able to gird their loins and prepare for battle - for four-plus months! (Ughhhhh!)
The WTPA "won" the court battle (the Council caved to avoid protracted litigation which only the lawyers were going to "win"). The Town/Councilors cost the people of Wethesfield money for a separate polling.
Regardless, I, for one, will be voting for the side which is going to "win" the referendum vote in May.
