At first it was tough to get used to, but like anything new the more you work it , the easier it works. Having the images next to the names is nice. Keep up the good work!!! ;D ;D ;D

There are a bunch of features you could only access if you’re logged in. You will notice on the bottom you can send personal e-mail through this system and it will let you know when a new message arrives. Also, you could set your own personal avatar (Picture) for your user name. Some of them have been very creative.
We’re always trying to improve, so let us know what you think or what else you would like to see.

I just became a member a week ago and this is great. I wonder if the town officals read this?

Wethersfield.com needs a favicon (which may or may not work with Internet Explorer, but usually works in Ns Navigator and FireFox (both Mozilla-based) (and I believe Opera also). All the major sites have one; the Town has one; I have one. It's easy (except for figuring out how to get it to work under IE).

A favicon (short for "Favorites icon"), also known as a page icon, is an icon associated with a particular website or webpage. A web designer can create such an icon, and many graphical web browsers—such as recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, Safari, and Konqueror—can then make use of them. Browsers that support favicons may display them in the browser's URL bar, next to the site's name in lists of bookmarks, and next to the page's title in a tabbed document interface.
So, after all that, if someone would like to design one for wethersfield.com, I would love to see their ideas.

Since W.C. is a commercial enterprise, how about running a contest to obtain the best ideas for a favicon for it, offering some inducement or prize for the best of the best entrees? On W.C's part, it's low labor and low cost - a win win. Just lay out the parameters (e.g. 16x16, at 16, format, deadline, etc.,) and see what happens. Could be fun. ;D
