By the way, the Demicans' proposal for property tax "credits" is more of a shell game than the car tax "repeal". It is simply a method for shifting tax collection to the state level and "reimbursing" those from whom it was mostly collected in the first place. It even returns some to those from whom it wasn't collected as a redistributive scheme.
Remember, they don't create the money... they take it from someone.
