Maybe the Deputy Mayor and former Police Chief can answer why we just spent over $3 million on the radio system that is obsolete already. When he was Chief, he lobbied hard for this system, but is quiet as a church mouse now.  |

A few suggestions to all involved.
There are a few of options.
Keep up the great critique, which is everyones right and most notable of the philosophical minority segments, if you can't beat them join them, or a novel suggestion...get the hordes of supporters that are out there and run candidates that seemingly agree with whatever positions you want to take.
Come to think of it, that seems to be what happened during the last election, so it may not be such a novel idea at all.

Does anyone know whether the Council held their Budget Meeting on Wednsday night? The schedule showed it for 545PM in the Council chambers, but there was nothing shown on Channel 16 TV. Just the standard scrolling of town announcements.

Does anyone know what's been decided at the Council Budget Meetings yet? By now, they must have gone through most of the budget categories. I'm hoping for some cuts in that 8% increase.
